Example of a Email Form connecting to a Servlet

This email form connects to a servlet to send emails. Since this could be used to send fake(anonymous)emails I use a password. However, the code is still free to download and alter in any way you like.

If you decide download and use this servlet on your site I highly recommend you to to use it as a contact form with your own email address hardcoded as the recipient address.
